Mark McDaniel

Mark has over 35 years of experience in the oil/gas industry. Mark’s company experience comes from Texaco, Chevron, Halliburton, ConocoPhillips and Talisman. The last 13 years of his corporate years were leading Supply Chain  transformations focused on strategic sourcing, category management, major projects, low cost country sourcing, logistics, ERP implementation, contracts management, technology and supplier relationship management. His Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) experience in Fortune 5, service companies and independent size companies gives him a unique insight in how to deliver results with fit for purpose organizations and processes. Mark has brought that insight and experience to his consulting firm. He has a passion for transforming supply chain so that his clients become great business partners, with sustainable results while imbedding contemporary skills and processes in the function.          

Mark Graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Civil Engineering.


Robin barnett

Robin is a Supply Chain and Sales professional with success in purchasing, support and sales. Robin has 15 years Oil and Gas Industry experience. Her experience comes from Halliburton, NCS Multistage and Lincoln Manufacturing. Robin was one of the first team members who transitioned the Halliburton Center of Excellence Casing Facility from Mexico to Houston, TX. Robin’s expertise is in purchasing, supplier relations, and Sales support. Robin has experience in multiple ERP systems including SAP and Global Shop. With a strong background in manufacturing, she has built strong relationships with many clients within the oil field service industry, including premium threading, turn key machining, mill direct, and steel suppliers. Some of her client base comes from Tenaris, Vallourec, Baker Hughes, Forum, STCOA and Timken Steel.


MARK HOOD

Mark is an accomplished Supply Chain Executive with 40 years of experience in both industry and consulting within the Oil and Gas field.  He has worked in upstream, downstream and oilfield service organizations and has significant experience in SC transformation, SC systems and strategic & global sourcing.  Mark has detailed knowledge of operational buying, total cost of ownership (TCO) and supplier alliances and is current on leading developments and trends in the supply chain function.  He possesses a thorough understanding of both theory and application. Case examples of Mark’s work have been used at the Amos Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College and in Timothy M. Laseter’sbook “Balanced Sourcing” (Josey-Bass Publishers).

MARGARET LIVINGSTON

Margaret is a supply chain strategy and management consulting executive with success in leading projects that reduce cost, improve performance, and bridge the gap between technologies, data and business processes.  Ms. Livingston has led functional and technical teams within many multi-year supply chain or procurement transformations.  Her focus has always been on either the natural resources (oil & gas upstream, downstream and oilfield services) or utilities markets, advising 19 distinct clients in 23 different projects. Margaret's expertise lies in strategic sourcing, spend assessments, category management, contract review and implementation, policies / procedures and business process redesign & fact based negotiations. Tom’s industry experience comes from BP, ChevronPhillips Chemical, DuPont, Huntsman, National Grid, Texas Instruments, Allied Signal, FSI International and IFCO Systems. Scott Sladecek

Timothy Bhodan
